Believe and Belong: A Welcoming Process for Newcomers

This process was originally designed for large churches in an effort to offer newcomers an opportunity for a small group experience and a chance to meet various staff members and volunteers one-on-one. However, many of the components may be adapted to meet the needs of more moderate size faith communities. This Ministry Resource Kit contains all of the materials, sample scripts, agenda, and other components of a comprehensive welcoming process for newcomers.
